    These terms govern your use of the ASH Sports store and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be 18 or older (or have your guardian's consent) to place an order. By checking out, you confirm the information you've given is accurate.

    2. Orders & pricing

    • All prices are in BDT unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel, you'll be refunded in full.
    • An order isn't accepted until you receive a confirmation email — adding items to cart doesn't reserve stock.

    3. Payment

    Payment is taken at checkout via our supported processors. You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the order total plus any shipping or applicable fees.

    4. Shipping & delivery

    • Standard orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Custom-printed orders ship within 5–10 business days depending on complexity.
    • Delivery timelines depend on the courier — we'll share tracking once dispatched.
    • You're responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address. Re-delivery costs from address errors are charged to you.

    5. Returns & exchanges

    • Stock items: return within 14 days of delivery, unworn, with tags attached and original packaging, for a refund or exchange.
    • Custom-printed kits — names, numbers, crests, team orders — are final sale. We can't restock them. We will replace or refund only where the fault is ours (wrong print, defective fabric, courier damage).
    • Refunds land on the original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection.

    6. Custom team printing

    For team orders, you (or your nominated team rep) must approve the digital proof before we go to press. Once approved, names, numbers, and artwork are locked. We're not liable for spelling, number, or design errors signed off at proof stage.

    7. Intellectual property

    • ASH Sports' logos, designs, photography, and copy belong to us. Don't reproduce them without permission.
    • You retain rights to any artwork you supply, but grant us a limited licence to print and ship it as part of your order.
    • By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may refuse orders that infringe third-party rights (clubs, brands, etc.).

    8. Acceptable use

    You agree not to: misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, scrape pricing or content at scale, or place orders with intent to defraud.

    9. Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by law, ASH Sports' liability for any claim arising from an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (missed match days, reprint costs elsewhere, etc.).

    10. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka.

    11. Changes

    We may update these terms occasionally. The updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
