    • Payment information — handled directly by our payment processors. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
    • Custom-order assets — names, numbers, crests, and artwork you supply for team printing.
    • Usage data — pages viewed, products clicked, device and browser info, cookies and similar technologies.

    2. How we use it

    • Fulfilling and shipping your orders.
    • Producing custom-printed kits to your spec.
    • Sending order confirmations, shipping updates, and (only with your consent) marketing emails.
    • Preventing fraud, abuse, and chargebacks.
    • Improving the store and customer experience.

    3. Who we share it with

    We share the minimum data needed with:

    • Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
    • Payment processors — to take payment securely.
    • Service providers — hosting, email, analytics — under contracts that restrict use.

    We never sell your personal information.

    4. Cookies

    5. Custom-order artwork

    Artwork, logos, and crests you upload for custom printing are stored only as long as needed to produce your order plus a 12-month reorder window. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

    You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@ashsports.com. We respond within 30 days.

    7. Children

    The ASH Sports store is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

    If we update this policy materially, we'll post a notice on this page and, where appropriate, email account holders.
